The service begins with an introductory meeting (via Zoom), during which we gain a deep understanding of your purchase goals, personal preferences, and relevant criteria, in alignment with your overall orientation. Already during this conversation, we will shed light on the process, raise ideas, possibly rule out less suitable options, and help guide you toward directions that both reflect your wishes and dreams and align with what is realistic and achievable in practice.
Following the meeting, we will discuss, research, and formulate a professional opinion regarding the most suitable and beneficial investment for you. Within one week, you will receive a detailed consultation summary report, including our recommendations, explanations, and reasoning regarding the locations reviewed, the pros and cons of each option, and all relevant information based on the topics raised during the call.

During this week, you are welcome to contact us at any time to update changes, new thoughts, or alternative directions that may arise.

In most cases, the report will include property suggestions that best match your refined and final focus.

If any of the suggested properties are of interest to you, as part of the service we will assist with communication with property owners and/or real estate agencies, help obtain additional information, connect you with relevant professionals for preliminary due diligence, and in some cases accompany you—at no additional cost—to a property visit (limited to certain locations in Greece).

Real Estate Accompaniment Services
Real estate accompaniment is a personalized service designed to address a wide range of needs that may arise at different stages of the property purchase process in Greece.
Pre-purchase stage:

Recommendations, coordination, and liaison with professionals (lawyer, notary, engineer) for conducting ownership and title checks, registration verification, structural and engineering inspections, clarification of building rights and potential modifications to existing structures, and handling the required procedures for purchasing a property, including opening a bank account and obtaining a tax number.

Remote representation throughout negotiations and the purchase process, including assistance with communication with Greek counterparts and on-site visits to the property when needed.
Post-purchase support:

Handling matters following completion of the purchase, including interior planning and design, renovation and construction solutions, furniture ordering, and coordination of transportation and delivery (limited to certain locations in Greece).
As part of the accompaniment service, a wide range of support can be provided — from information gathering to hands-on, on-site assistance.

Real Estate Tour
This service is offered exclusively on the island of Evia.
Evia is a large island, and therefore the tour is divided into three regions: North, Central, and South Evia.
You may choose to tour one region, two regions, or all three.
To explore each region thoroughly and in meaningful depth, each region requires one full day of touring, approximately 8 hours.
A real estate tour is exactly that — an on-the-ground exploration of the area, designed to help you get to know the location through the lens of your needs and orientation as a buyer.
The service begins with a WhatsApp or Zoom call (your choice), during which we will understand precisely where you would like to tour and which areas are most relevant for you to explore in depth.
In addition, we will define the type of property you are looking for so that, during the tour itself, we can already include visits to several attractive and relevant property options.
For this reason, clients who book a real estate tour also receive property sourcing services in advance of the tour.

We will send you a curated list of properties that match your defined criteria and preferences.

If you have already identified properties independently, we can assist with coordination and include visits to those properties as part of the tour.
Once we refine which properties you are most interested in visiting, we will send you a marked map with the proposed route, destinations, and planned stops for the tour.
After your approval, we will coordinate a meeting point to begin the tour.
In addition, based on your arrival and departure schedule, we will help you plan your stay efficiently, including accommodation recommendations and advice on the most convenient way to reach the area.
During the tour, we will provide general insights about each area, including distances, accessibility, the local community, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each region.
This service can be booked as a standalone service or in combination with the other services described above.
